113A Authority to transmit over land
(1)
A transmission entity is authorised to operate works to transmit electricity across, over or through the following land—
(a)
land that it owns;
(b)
land over which it holds the benefit of an easement, licence or other agreement or a consent mentioned in section 112 in relation to the works.
(2)
Subsection (1)(b) applies whether or not the easement, licence, agreement or consent authorises the transmission.
