120D Gazettal and taking of effect of code
(1)
The Minister must, as soon as practicable after making an initial distribution network code, publish a gazette notice stating the Minister has made the code and where it may be inspected.
(2)
The code takes effect on the later of the following days—
(a)
a day of effect stated in the gazette notice;
(b)
if no day of effect is stated in the notice—the day the notice is gazetted.
