This Act is subject to the Gladstone Power Station Agreement Act 1993.

This Act is also subject to the Wet Tropics World Heritage Protection and Management Act 1993, section 56.

Note—The Wet Tropics World Heritage Protection and Management Act 1993, section 56 prohibits certain acts (for example, destruction of forest products) without an appropriate authority.
