201A Application for transfer
(1)
An application for the transfer of a distribution authority must—
(a)
be made to the regulator in the form approved by the regulator; and
(b)
be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
(2)
If asked in writing by the regulator, the applicant must give the further relevant information or evidence the regulator requires to decide the application.
