23 Customers and their types
(1)
A customer is a person who is a customer under the NERL (Qld), section 5(1).
(2)
A large customer is a person who is a large customer under the NERL (Qld), section 5(3).
(3)
A small customer is a person who is a small customer under the NERL (Qld), section 5(2).
(4)
An excluded customer is a small customer whose premises are connected, or to be connected, to a distribution entity’s supply network that is not connected to the national grid.
