251 Proof of taking of electricity etc.
The existence on, or in association with, a customer’s electrical installation of ways to—
(a)
take electricity provided from an electricity entity’s transmission grid or supply network; or
(b)
change or interfere with a meter or the works of an electricity entity and connected (directly or indirectly) to an electricity entity’s transmission grid or supply network if the meter is or works are in the custody or control of the customer;
is evidence that electricity has been taken by the customer and the change or interference has been caused by the customer.
