254AA Protection from liability of member or employee of QCA
(1)
A member or employee of QCA is not civilly liable for an act done, or omission made, in good faith under this Act.
(2)
If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability attaching to a member or employee, the liability attaches instead to QCA.
