341 Existing entitlement to apply for internal review
(1)
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person—
(a)
was entitled to apply under section 28 of the repealed Act for an internal review of a decision (the decision) of the regulator; and
(b)
has not applied.
(2)
The person can not apply for an internal review of the regulator’s decision.
