159 What happens if check testing shows compliance
(1)
This section applies if a check test shows that an item of prescribed electrical equipment complies with the performance criteria or energy efficiency requirements of the relevant standard.
(2)
The regulator must refund to the holder the amount paid under section 157(3) for the check test.
(3)
The amount may be recovered by the holder from the regulator as a debt owing by the State to the holder.
