222B QCA response to proposal
(1)
This section applies only when any requirements under section 222A relating to the proposal have been complied with.
(2)
QCA must, within 2 months, decide whether or not it will submit the proposal for consultation under division 2.
(3)
If QCA decides to submit the proposal, QCA may submit it in any form it considers appropriate, with or without change.
