57 Application of div 3
(1)
This division applies if the supply of electricity required by customers in premises is more than, or is reasonably estimated by the distribution entity to be more than, a total maximum demand of 100kV.A worked out under the wiring rules.
(2)
This division also applies to supply of electricity to customers in premises if the regulator, in special circumstances, approves its application.
