Environmental Offsets Act 2014

set out the circumstances in which an environmental offset may or may not be required; or

set out the characteristics of an area that is suitable for undertaking an environmental offset; or

provide for the ongoing management and monitoring of, and reporting about, an environmental offset; or

provide for deciding the size and scale of an environmental offset so the offset is proportionate to the significant residual impacts on a prescribed environmental matter; or

set out the requirements for determining the amount required for a financial settlement offset; or

include any other provision relating to the main purpose of this Act.
