74 Giving enforcement officer false or misleading information
(1)
A person must not, in relation to the administration of this Act, give an enforcement officer information, or a document containing information, that the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular.Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
(2)
Subsection (1) applies to information or a document given in relation to the administration of this Act whether or not the information or document was given in response to a specific power under this Act.
