In force

In this part—

commencement means commencement of this section.

existing Act means any of the following—

(a)

the Environmental Protection Act 1994;

(b)

the Fisheries Act 1994;

(c)

the Marine Parks Act 2004;

(d)

the Nature Conservation Act 1992;

(e)

the Sustainable Planning Act 2009;

(f)

the Vegetation Management Act 1999.

existing authority means an authority granted under an existing Act, as the authority is in force immediately before the commencement.
