114A Application of assessment process for proposed PRC plans
(1)
This section applies—
(a)
if there is a proposed PRC plan for a site-specific application; and
(b)
for a proposed PRC plan that did not accompany the site-specific application—from when the proposed PRC plan is submitted for the application.
(2)
Parts 3 to 5 apply to the proposed PRC plan, as if the plan were a part of the application.
(3)
Unless otherwise provided, a reference in parts 3 to 5 to an application includes a reference to the proposed PRC plan.
