116 Who may apply for an environmental authority
(1)
A person may apply for an environmental authority to carry out 1 or more environmentally relevant activities.
Note—See also section 426 (Environmental authority required for particular environmentally relevant activities).
(2)
An application under subsection (1) may also be made jointly by 2 or more persons.
(3)
This section is subject to sections 117 to 120.
