143A Proposed PRC plan required for particular applications
(1)
This section applies for a site-specific application for a mining activity relating to a mining lease if there is no proposed PRC plan for the application.
(2)
Without limiting section 140(1), the administering authority must include in an information request a requirement that the applicant submit a proposed PRC plan for the application.
(3)
The proposed PRC plan must comply with part 2, division 3.
