18 Meaning of environmentally relevant activity
Each of the following is an environmentally relevant activity—
(a)
an agricultural ERA as defined under section 79;
(b)
a resource activity as defined under section 107;
(c)
an activity prescribed under section 19 as an environmentally relevant activity.
