212 Amendment to reflect NNTT conditions
(1)
This section applies for an environmental authority or PRCP schedule for a mining or petroleum activity.
(2)
The administering authority may amend the environmental authority or impose conditions on the PRCP schedule to ensure compliance with conditions included in a determination made by the NNTT under the Commonwealth Native Title Act, section 38(1)(c).
(3)
The administering authority must give written notice of the amendment or conditions to the holder of the environmental authority or PRCP schedule.
