241 Criteria for deciding amendment application
In deciding the application, other than an application for a condition conversion, the administering authority must—
(a)
comply with any relevant regulatory requirement; and
(b)
subject to paragraph (a), have regard to each of the following—
(i)
the amendment application;
(ii)
the existing environmental authority or PRCP schedule;
(iii)
the standard criteria.
