269A Effect of approval of surrender application on PRCP schedule
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
the administering authority approves a surrender application, other than a surrender application for a part of an environmental authority; and
(b)
a PRCP schedule applies for carrying out relevant activities under the environmental authority as in force before the surrender.
(2)
On the approval of the surrender application, the PRCP schedule ceases to have effect.
