318F Application for registration
(1)
A person may apply to be registered as a suitable operator for the carrying out of an environmentally relevant activity.
(2)
The application must—
(a)
be made to the chief executive in the approved form; and
(b)
be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
(3)
The applicant may withdraw the application at any time before it is decided.
