Environmental Protection Act 1994

This section applies if the owner of an accreditation program for an agricultural ERA applies for renewal of the recognition of the program under section 318YH at least 60 days before the term of the recognition ends.

The recognition continues in force after it would otherwise expire until—

the application for renewal is withdrawn; or

if the application for renewal is approved—the application is decided; or

if the application for renewal is refused—the chief executive gives an information notice for the decision to the applicant; or

the owner’s approval is suspended or cancelled before the application for renewal is decided or withdrawn.
