329 Failure to make decision on environmental report taken to be refusal
If the administering authority fails to make a decision under section 326G(4) within the period stated in section 326G(6)—
(a)
the administering authority is taken to have decided to refuse to accept the report; and
(b)
the decision is taken to have been made on the last day of the period stated in section 326G(6).
