369P Order may be issued to related person
(1)
When issuing an environmental enforcement order to a company under division 2, or if an environmental enforcement order issued to a company under division 2 is in force, the administering authority may also issue an environmental enforcement order under division 2 to a related person of the company.
(2)
However, subsection (1) does not apply if the environmental enforcement order is issued to the company under section 362(2)(a).
(3)
The order may impose any requirement on the related person that is being, or has been, imposed on the company, as if the related person were the company.
