379D Deciding inclusion request
The administering authority must decide whether to approve or refuse to approve the inclusion request—
(a)
if the administering authority requests further information under section 379C—within 5 business days after the further information is received by the authority; or
(b)
otherwise—within 5 business days after the inclusion request was received.
