46 Finalising terms of reference
This section applies if, under section 41A(1)(b), the chief executive decides to allow the draft terms of reference to proceed.
The chief executive must, within the period prescribed under a regulation, do the following—
prepare the final terms of reference;
give the proponent a copy of the final terms of reference;
publish the final terms of reference.
The proponent must, if asked by the chief executive, pay the chief executive’s reasonable costs incurred in publishing the final terms of reference.
