539C Stay of decision about financial assurance
(1)
This section applies to an application under section 539A or 539B for a stay of a decision about the amount of financial assurance required under a condition of an environmental authority.
(2)
The decision may not be stayed unless the administering authority has been given security for at least 75% of the amount of financial assurance that was decided by the administering authority.
