Chief executive may make guidelines for particular matters under ch 5

In force

(1)

The chief executive may make guidelines to provide guidance to persons about matters relating to—

(a)

the information required under section 126C(1)(j), 286(d), 298(2)(d), 309(3)(b) or 312(2)(d); or

(b)

the methodology mentioned in section 298(2)(c).

(2)

The guidelines may be amended or replaced by a later guideline made under this section.
