614 Existing Act continues to apply for special agreement Acts until div 7 commences
(1)
The existing Act continues to apply for an activity, circumstance, or matter provided for under, or to which, a special agreement Act applies as if the amending Act, other than for the insertion of section 584 and this section, had not been enacted.
(2)
Subsection (1) ceases to apply when division 7 commences.
(3)
Subsection (2) does not limit section 616D or 616K(2B).
