660 Definitions for pt 15
In this part—commencement day means the day this section commences.CSG amendment, to an existing CSG authority, means an amendment relating to managing coal seam gas water generated in connection with carrying out a relevant CSG activity.existing CSG authority means a coal seam gas environmental authority that was in force immediately before the commencement day.
