700 Existing codes of practice
(1)
This section applies for a code of practice (an existing code of practice) approved under former section 548 before the commencement.
(2)
On the commencement, the existing code of practice becomes a code of practice under section 318E.
(3)
However, despite section 318E(4), an existing code of practice expires 2 years after the commencement.
