764 Application of s 21A of amended Act
(1)
This section applies to a small scale mining activity being carried out on the commencement, other than an activity carried out under a prospecting permit.
(2)
On the commencement, the prescribed condition mentioned in the amended Act, section 21A(2) applies in relation to carrying out the activity.
