801 Notice for original EA taken to have been withdrawn in particular circumstances
(1)
This section applies if, before the amalgamation or de-amalgamation of the original EA—
(a)
a notice had been given for the original EA under section 754(1); and
(b)
a PRCP schedule had not been approved for the original EA.
(2)
The notice for the original EA is taken to have been withdrawn when the new EA is issued or, for a de-amalgamated environmental authority, the new EA otherwise takes effect.
