Existing amendment application—application of s 230

In force

(1)

This section applies if—

(a)

before the commencement, the administering authority received an amendment application under chapter 5, part 7, division 2; and

(b)

immediately before the commencement, the administering authority had not made an assessment level decision for the application.

(2)

New section 230 applies in relation to the amendment application.
