100 Register of exhibited animal authorities
The chief executive must keep a register of exhibited animal authorities.
However, the register must contain the following particulars for each exhibited animal authority—
the name and contact details of the authority holder;
the category of the authority;
the term of the authority and its expiry date;
identification of either or both of the following—
each particular authorised animal;
each species of authorised animal;
the way in which an authorised animal is authorised to be exhibited;
for an exhibition licence—each regular enclosure site under the licence;
other information the chief executive considers appropriate.
The register may be kept in the form, including electronic form, the chief executive considers appropriate.
The chief executive must publish the publicly available part of the register on the department’s website.
On application by a person and payment of the fee prescribed by regulation, the person may buy a copy of all or part of the information held in the publicly available part of the register.
In this section—publicly available part, of the register, means the part of the register containing the following—
the information mentioned in subsection (2)(a), but not including the address of premises where an authorised enclosure is located if the premises are used entirely or mainly as a residence;
the information mentioned in subsection (2)(b) and (c).
