Admissibility of report against licence holder

In force

(1)

This section applies to a private assessment report about an authorised animal or an enclosure under an exhibition licence that is given to the chief executive.

(2)

The private assessment report is not admissible in evidence against the holder of the exhibition licence in civil or criminal proceedings.

(3)

Subsection (2) does not apply to a proceeding about the false or misleading nature of anything in the private assessment report or in which the false or misleading nature of the report is relevant evidence.
