116 Decision on application
(1)
If the chief executive decides to grant the accreditation, the chief executive must give the accreditation to the applicant.
(2)
If the chief executive decides to refuse to grant the accreditation, or impose conditions on the accreditation other than those applied for, the chief executive must give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
