Deciding application
125 Deciding application
The chief executive must consider the application (the renewal application) and decide to renew, or refuse to renew, the accreditation.
Sections 113, 114, 115 and 117 (each a relevant provision) apply to the renewal application as if—
a reference in a relevant provision to granting the accreditation were a reference to renewing the accreditation; and
a reference in a relevant provision to an application were a reference to the renewal application; and
a reference in a relevant provision to an applicant were a reference to the applicant for the renewal application.
If the chief executive decides to refuse to renew the accreditation, the chief executive must give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
An accreditation may be renewed by giving another accreditation to replace it.
