127 Application to amend
(1)
The holder of an accreditation may apply to the chief executive for an amendment of the accreditation.
(2)
However, the holder must not apply for an amendment to extend the term of the accreditation to more than 3 years.
(3)
The application must—
(a)
be in the approved form; and
(b)
be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.
