132 Grounds for cancelling or suspending relevant authorisation
Each of the following is a ground for cancelling or suspending a relevant authorisation—
the holder of the authorisation is not, or is no longer, a suitable person to hold the authorisation;
the authorisation was obtained by materially incorrect or misleading information or documents or by a mistake;
the holder of the authorisation has not paid a fee or other amount payable to the chief executive in relation to the authorisation;
the holder of the authorisation has contravened a condition of the authorisation, whether the condition is included in the authorisation or is otherwise imposed under this Act;
for a relevant authorisation that is an exhibition licence or interstate exhibitors permit—
the holder of the authorisation has contravened an exhibited animal direction; or
within the 2 years preceding the date a show cause notice for cancelling or suspending the authorisation is given, the holder held a similar authorisation, however called, in another jurisdiction, and it was cancelled;
for a relevant authorisation that is an accreditation—
the accredited person does not have the necessary expertise or experience to carry out private assessments or prepare private assessment reports; or
a private assessment conducted, or private assessment report prepared, by the accredited person has not been conducted or prepared honestly, fairly or diligently.
