14 Meaning of exhibited animal
An animal is an exhibited animal if—
(a)
the animal is an authorised animal; or
(b)
the animal is not an authorised animal but the animal is exhibited and this Act applies to the exhibition of the animal.
Note—Section 10 states when the Act does not apply to exhibiting or dealing with an animal.
