Part 2Temporary authorities
143 Cancellation if previous authority renewed etc.
(1)
This section applies to a temporary authority if—
(a)
a relevant original decision is made for a previous authority for the temporary authority; and
(b)
on review of, or appeal against, the decision—
(i)
the previous authority is renewed or restored; or
(ii)
the cancellation or suspension of the previous authority is set aside or otherwise revoked.
(2)
The temporary authority is cancelled.
Note—The temporary authority is cancelled because it is not needed if the previous authority is in force.
