182 Power to require reasonable help
(1)
The inspector may make a requirement (a help requirement) of an occupier of the place or a person at the place to give the inspector reasonable help to exercise a general power, including, for example, to examine an animal, produce a document or give information.
(2)
When making the help requirement, the inspector must give the person an offence warning for the requirement.
