206 When exhibited animal or other thing becomes property of the State
An exhibited animal or other thing becomes the property of the State if—
(a)
it is forfeited to the State under section 204(2); or
(b)
the owner of the animal or thing and the State agree, in writing, to transfer ownership of it to the State.
