232 Prohibition order
(1)
If a person is convicted of an animal offence, the court may make an order that the person must not buy or otherwise acquire or take possession of—
(a)
any animal; or
(b)
a stated species of animal; or
(c)
any animal, or a stated species of animal, for trade or commerce or another stated purpose.
(2)
A prohibition order may be made permanently or for a stated period.
