257 Personal information on register under this Act
(1)
This section applies to each of the following—
(a)
the register of exhibited animal authorities required to be kept under section 100;
(b)
the register of accredited persons required to be kept under section 129.
(2)
If the chief executive is satisfied the inclusion of a person’s address on a register would place the personal safety of the person or another person at risk, the person’s address must not be set out in a part of the register that is available to the public or in a copy of information from a part of the register that is available to the public.
