Further information for undecided application

In force

To remove any doubt, it is declared that section 54 applies to an application for a permit or licence mentioned in section 268 or 269 even if the applicant has given—

(a)

further information or documents under the Administration Regulation, section 26; or

(b)

further information or evidence under the Fisheries Act 1994, section 54(2).
