68 Term of exhibited animal authority
(1)
An exhibited animal authority remains in force, unless sooner suspended or cancelled, for the term decided by the chief executive and stated in the authority.
(2)
However, the term of an exhibition licence must not be more than 3 years.
(3)
Also, the term of an interstate exhibitors permit—
(a)
must not be more than 1 year; and
(b)
must not extend beyond the end of the term of the primary authority for the permit.
