Relationship with particular Acts

In force

(1)

Unless this Act otherwise states, it does not affect the application of—

(a)

the Animal Care and Protection Act 2001; or

(b)

the Biosecurity Act; or

(c)

the Nature Conservation Act; or

(d)

the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.

(2)

However, this Act does apply to the NCA chief executive if the NCA chief executive is exhibiting or dealing with an exhibited animal only under the authority of the Nature Conservation Act, section 173P.
